About Caribbean Beach Properties
In 2002 Caribbean Beach Properties began managing a handful of beachfront condos in Playa del Carmen. The reputation as a friendly, honest, and hardworking property manager quickly spread. In the years since, Caribbean Beach Properties has added dozens of properties to their business, and currently manages over 150 properties in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. In 2006 CBP Cozumel was born and has quickly built a fine reputation for our premium property management services. In 2014, an external advisor was hired. Having managed hotels for 7 years, he helped improve and refine processes in the company to guarantee the quality of our work and satisfaction of our clients.
His training and credentials in business, management and accounting quickly contributed to consolidate high standards and transparency in a business where these are scarce, and his leadership in management has been clearly seen. Caribbean Beach Properties staffs over 70 employees and takes care of some of the finest beachfront property in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel. They have developed a strong reputation in the communities as honest and reliable. Caribbean Beach Properties strives to improve the quality of their services every day.

CBP hires well-qualified, friendly, hardworking and honest people, who for the most part, have extensive knowledge from hotels and management positions, each of them bringing unique and valuable assets to our management system. All of our managers and guest services personnel speak at least English and Spanish.
