Tikin Xic fish

The preparation of Tikin Xic consists of a grouper fish marinated with a sauce that is used in Yucatecan gastronomy, adding slices of tomato, onion, slices of xcatic chili and green peppers; it is wrapped in banana leaves and cooked on the coals.
