Sfer Ik is another highly recommended museum to see in Tulum. It is in the hotel zone, next to the beach. The space itself is a work of art, with unusual shapes inspired by nature, windows that let in the perfect light, and lots of plants. All this complements the various multidisciplinary exhibitions and workshops that they organize.
3. Breathe calmly in Sian Ka'an, a paradise to see in Tulum
The more than 50 kilometers of coastline of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve are undoubtedly among the best beaches in Mexico. These are semi-virgin beaches with crystal clear water surrounded by vegetation. Getting to the beaches of Sian Ka'an is not an easy mission, which is precisely why you will be practically alone.
4. Tour Tulum by bike
The attractions of Tulum are scattered throughout various areas: the hotel zone, Tulum Centro and the archaeological zone. The distances are too great to walk, so renting a bicycle is the most practical option to get around Tulum at your own pace. There is a bike path on the road that connects the center with the beach. Renting a bike costs from 100 to 150 pesos per day, an essential investment!
5. Climb the Tulum Tower
Do you fancy having a drink accompanied by some scandalous views? The Tulum Tower is a 35-meter structure located near the Tulum ruins. That means you'll have great views of the jungle and the beach from the top. It is an attraction where you sit down, go up slowly and spend about half an hour suspended in the air. Upstairs there is a bar where you can have a drink with the best views of Tulum.
